A team that listens
We can be contacted at any time to help you prepare for your discharge. You will be greeted on arrival and can contact us Monday to Friday, from 9am to 12:30pm and from 1:30pm to 5pm.
Be in the front row for shows
On request, we can reserve front-row seats for children to ensure the best possible experience!
Identification bracelets
Ask us to send you personalized wristbands. You'll be able to write down the phone number to call if you need to.
Picnic area
Enjoy lunch with your group outside the park. From 5/10/2024, picnics will no longer be permitted in the park.
First aid
Our PSE2-qualified teams are on hand at all times. The Park also has a first-aid kit.

Booking conditions
- Group rate for 20 paying guests or more.
- At least 80% of the group must be children (under 17).
- Reservation guarantee - Reservation required 3 weeks in advance - 30% deposit to be paid at time of order.
- One free accompanying for 10 children (under 17).
- One free accompanying per bus - Entrance fee and driver's meal paid.
