An attentive team
We can be contacted at any time to help you prepare for your discharge. You can contact us Monday to Friday, from 9am to 1:30am and from 1:30pm to 5pm.
Picnic area
Enjoy lunch with your group outside the park. From 5/10/2024, picnics will no longer be permitted in the park.
First aid
Our PSE2-qualified teams are on hand at all times.
Practical group guide
Once you've made your booking, we'll send you a copy by e-mail. You'll find everything you need to set up your groups of children by size and plan the number of accompanying adults.
Identification bracelets
Ask us to send you personalized wristbands. You'll be able to write down the phone number to call if you need to.
Booking conditions
- Group rate for 20 paying guests or more.
- At least 80% of the group must be children (under 17).
- Reservation guarantee - Reservation required 3 weeks in advance - 30% deposit to be paid at time of order.
- One free accompanying for 10 children (under 17).
- One free accompanying per bus - Entrance fee and driver's meal paid.
